Sessions are pre-scheduled at a time that suits you.

Whether it's one session or multiple sessions, I want to help new, aspiring and seasoned business analysts who want to effectively start or further their careers. The coaching and mentoring will be tailored to you, to guide and support your personal journey.

I am a senior business analysis practitioner with over 20 years of real-world project experience in industries such as financial services, health sciences, automotive, IT service management, and retail. I have led software development and business process improvement projects in blended PM/BA roles. I work full-time as a Lead Business Analyst, which includes performing BA tasks/duties as part of a Scrum team, as well as coaching a team of BAs. I hold the Certified Scrum Product Owner® and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certifications.

I am passionate about teaching and developing business analysts, and active in the business analysis community sharing my experience. I was honoured to receive the 2022 Career Impact Award from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies (an Excellence in Teaching Award based on nominations from learners in the courses I teach).
